This is the current error that I'm getting after I start converting. Does anybody know of a fix?

Are you trying to access ExportPDF via the website or through Adobe Reader?

I get this error through adobe reader:
an error has occurred while trying to access service

I get this error through the website

failed to export
"There was an unexpected problem."

Good day,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Are you getting this error for all files you try to convert? It sounds like there might be an issue with your firewall that's preventing the completion of uploads to our system. Can you try to access the service from another computer or network?
