How do I edit in Photoshop a picture saved in IPhoto

When I request to edit an IPhoto picture using the External editor. Photoshop re-opens but the new picture is not transferred to be edited.

This is causing me to maintain two sets of Pics, one in Photoshop and one on IPhoto.

Most likely you've chosen the wrong file as your external editor:

For PSE 10
