Can you 'package' InDesign files for folio like you do for print?

Hi all,

I will be receiving articles (InDesign files) from multiple authors, which I must collate and build into a folio. What is the best practice for these authors to send me there files? Can you 'package', like you would a print file, ensuring you have a folder full of all links used, static photos, interactive elements etc.) or is there a different work-flow for digital publishing?

Any help gratefully appreciated.

This type of packaging does not yet exist in InDesign.

Thanks Bob,

Did a bit of a trial run and it seems to work for video, sound, image etc. but not image sequences which have to me moved to the appropriate folder manually and relinked.

Hi Bob,

Is it possible to send a folio file from one user to another user to include in his folio builder panel?

Sure. I share files all the time via Dropbox.

Easiest way to do it.
