Flash Player Not Working in Youtube - HELP !!

i use opera. and flash player turns on and off. as a result, i'm not able to benefit from modifying settings in youtube, like, setting video resolutions, etc.. how can i get flash player to run all the time?

What is your operating system, version & edition.

Sorry, I do not understand "not working", and even less "turns on and off" - what do you see when Flash Player is "off"?  Best provide a screenshot.
