CS5 - moving to new laptop, can´t install

I have CS5 installed on one desktop and one laptop. It´s an upgrade version bought from Adobe store.

Moving to a new laptop I can´ install CS5 since it asks for serial for earlier version. I upgraded from CS4 but do no longer have it, and have lost the old serial nr.

CS5 ser nr is legit, but that doesn´t solve the problem.

 

How do I proceed? Since my old laptop is just that, I´d prefer to be able run CS5 from my new one.

Any serious help appreciated.

    Contact Support may be they have the CS4 serial number registered in there database and will provide you......after that you can install the software.

     

    And if they dont have it registered then they will be the one who can provide you the better option.
