Improvement request: add a counter to thread names

This is just a minor request for debugging purposes, it seems like AD creates multiple threads with the same name, for example: ConnectionHandler-kernel

 

This makes it hard to read log files that all show the same thread name, while in reality, these can be a number of different concurrent threads.
