I want to know how to make the tree structure actually work in Firefox (later versions such as 9, 10, or 11)
The tree structure is the expand/collapse -/+ that is available in the CONTENTS tab
It works fine in IE, does not work at all in FF.
I am using Robohelp 9.
Could not find an answer in the help nor online.
Does anyone know how?
According to Adobe's Robohelp help guide, the lastest version of IE, FF and Chrome are supported.

Are you referring to the structure you get when you generate WebHelp? Or are you instead referring to clicking Insert > HTML Help Controls > Table of Contents...
If the former, it should be working but may require some detective work as to the settings you have in your Single Source Layout recipe. If the latter, I think that particular thing may have stopped working a while back. I haven't tested in a long while but memory seems to tell me it failed somewhere along the way with certain browser upgrades and higher security and all.

Hi there
Can you post a screen capture of what you are seeing? Or even better, perhaps record using ScreenR or Jing and post a link to the recording so we can see first hand?

Hi there
Sorry for the delay. Long day yesterday while I was facilitating a class.
If you attached screen shots to an email reply, please note that these don't survive the trip to the forum world. Please take a look at the thread linked below. It describes what you need to do to show screen shots for us.
