200 HOURS TO EMPTY MY ENCORE MEDIA CACHE?

Hello, Encore is insisting that it will take at least 200 hours to empty my media cache, per the screen shot below.

 

I have NOT been an intensive user of this program although it HAS been acting incredibly slow.

200 hours seems excessive to me.

 

Anyone else experience similar issues?

    I would point out that the number keeps rising, there seem little hope it will diminish.

     

    I have rebooted the computer and restarted Encore and this same whopping figure appears.

    The media cache is shared. Try it from Premiere. I don't know if it will help.
