Epson WF-7520 printer not seeing InDesign page size

New printer, Epson WF-7520 isn't scaling sizes. Scenario: 19x13 document; image fills page. Send to printer and right size paper is printing, but the image is half the size in the center of the sheet. Printer marks appear. I've tried using the InDesign print dialog in all options. I've called Epson and they don't have a solution. Any ideas>

    I am seeing problems with Illustrator, photoshop, and acrobat also. They will not go to the right tray that contains the 19x13. Epson tech support is useless. One guy said you have to select the tray in the software, but of course there isn't such a selection.

    solution found... finally.

     

    Print>change printer settings> select correct tray. That corrected the size of the image. printer.jpg

    Hi PatriceAnn,

     

    I'm considering getting one of these printers. Now that you've spent some time with this model, are you happy with your purchase? If you had to do it again, would you buy the same printer? Thanks for your help.

    Yes, I'd buy it again, especially at that price point.

    PatriceAnn,

     

    Thanks for your response. If you don't mind, I have a few more questions.

     

    1. What's the heaviest paper you've been able to use?

    2. How is the front to back registration when printing InDesign documetns or brochure proofs?

    3. Have you tried it with Illustrator and EPS files? If so, how did it perform?

     

    Unfortunately, there are not a lot of wide format options out there at this price range, so I want to make sure this will handle my needs.

    I've not tried any heavy weights yet.

    Registration seems to be fine. Nothing jogs my memory for problems.

    I haven't run tests with just illy files. I can do later today and get back to you.

    Getting color shifts between ai and indesign, but not a good test. One of my colors is too low. Sorry I can't help much with this. Also used plain paper instead of my specialty papers that I'd normal present to clients.
