can I purchase CreatePDF from United Arab Emirates

Dear Adobe,

 

  I am currently in the United Arab Emirates but would like to purchase CreatePDF on a monthly basis. I don't have a US billing address, but I have a US mailing adderss, and a UAE billing address. Will that suffice?

    Unfortunately, you need a credit card and billing address in one of our supported countries. UAE isn't currently supported.
