Moving graphics and objects

Tags: #graphics #move_object

For some reason my ID will no longer let me drag graphics or move objects with my mouse. I can move them with the arrows, but what a tedious job.

I have re-installed with the same results.

I have searched for anything that might be causing this problem, but am lost in the secret files hidden in my Mac.

I really would like help. This is unworkable.

Try trashing your prefs. See Replace Your Preferences

Let's continue here rather than in the prefs thread.

Does it work if you create a brand new user account and use that?

Quit InDesign (force quit, if necessary).

Move the following folder to the desktop:

    Mac OS: [Startup Disk]/Library/Applications Support/Adobe/SING/

Note: This is in the Library folder on the root of your startup disk. There is a similar path in your user folder, but that is not the path you need to work in.
