Adobe Assumes I want the latest Version of CS

Help! I ordered an upgrade to CS 5 from CS 3 on Monday 4/23 to use on a Dual Core PPC and Adobe upgraded me CS 5.5!  I can't use it! CS 5.5 needs an intel processor.  The order said I would get a free upgrade to CS 6 and I am wondering if they just gave me that instead?

 

WHAT CAN I DO??? I lost a days work downloading it!

    CS5 hasn't been sold for a year and it too was Intel only.

     

    Either buy a new machine or get left behind. That may sound cold but it's the way it is.
