I posted before, and still no luck. My computer has good specs, and it was able to render properly once before. I did something to fix it after having this problem, then a month later it happened again. A buzzing noise instead of audio. I tried cleaning the cache, which sounded promising, since this was one thing my friend did for me before it was fixed. But wondering if there is a more thorough way to clean cache than just pressing the "clean" button?
It does have a lot of different types of files including internet clips, but they were able to render before.
Any ideas would be much appreiciated, its a feature film for a good cause, and I've put lots of work into it.
>different types of files
Since you posted before, you should already know that you provide almost none of the needed information for someone to be able to help
You say you did "something" to fix the problem before... what did you do?

Ok great,
sorry, I'm not remotely tech savvy. Trying to put up whatever I know how to.
I'm not sure what we did to fix the render before. We tried a bunch of things, it never worked, then I tried straight exporting instead of queuing, and it worked. Then about a month later it didn't. i thought it might be a codec update, but I tried different codecs and no luck.
I've now loaded it on a different computer, and same problem. But I put the screenshot of Gspot in below, not sure if only the red means there are problems, or pink also. Not sure if I need to search for the files in red and dl them?
The article mentioned downloading properly. I don't know how to download properly, or if its possible to download the wrong one, I just know the standard install button download, and the rest is a bit greek.
Definitely red on adobe files, but strange that it would do the same on a freshly dled trial PP on another computer.
I'll see what other info I can give you, but here is this for now. Much appreciated.
For the CODEC's, that appear as broken, or corrupted, see this ARTICLE.
With Export, there are two things that one must consider, when they want a muxed AV file (both Audio & Video Streams in one file), and those are to check both Export Video and Export Audio, and then setting the Multiplexing in the Multipler Tab. It should be set to anything BUT "None," and that will often be "DVD." This ARTICLE goes into more detail.
Once you have verified that you have done both of those, if there is still no Audio, we can move on.
Good luck,
