Can Bridge trim video clips?

I know Bridge can be used to view and rate video clips, but can it also be used to trim video clips down and then export the shortened clips?

    Bridge is just a file browser.  It doesn't open or edit anything in any form.

     

    It just hands the files to the appropriate application, whether this be Photoshop, Adobe Camera Raw, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Word, or whatever.
