tweak windwos 7 question

i saw some tips on this site http://kadaitcha.cx/vista/ad_hoc/faq/performance.html that i didn't see on Harm tunning vista guide

 

those this  command can help me to increase  performance on premiere ?

1. FSUTIL behavior set disablelastaccess 1

2. fsutil behavior set disable8dot3 1

3.[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\PriorityControl ]

 

and more...

    While point 1 is valid, and will give you a slight performance improvement, it also disables our PPBM5 benchmark script, which relies on the timestamp of the last file access for the timing information.

     

    Interesting article, but I want to study it first a bit before making further comments. Thanks for posting this link.
