Adobe 10.1 Signature Field not working

Tags:When I click on the Signature Field created with LiveCyle in Adobe X, the epad isn't activated for signature. I get the error message below. Working with IntegriSign Epad Link to resolve but have ran out of solutions.
Error Message: This plug-in is intended for validating signatures signed using earlier versions of Acrobat. To sign using this version of Acrobat, use "IntegriSign for Acrobat 9.0 and later" handler.
What else can we check?
