Subscription error with photoshop cs5.1

heyy, i was wondering if you could help me?. i just got adobe cs5.1 extended and i tried when i entered the code and it had that little tick next to it, then i entered my adobe id and password and it said "we are unable to start your subsription for adobe photoshop cs5.1 and i got the same message when i tried it again. thanks foryour help
