simple Q about CS5.5 or CS6 --can it publish stagevideo API?

Sorry, out of the loop for a while after StageVideo API came out and had to use Flashbuilder to publish to 10.2.

Don't have flash cs5.5/ cs6 but considering purchasing.

Can I code with AS3 and create a SWF with stagevideo API while just using CS6?

I just want to create a simple video player that will play a high-res video and use the stagevideo API.

Simply I just want to use CS6 and AS3, not any other program.
