call adobe is ususally a series of phone loops that end in a disconnecton
You can directly reach the FMS team through the bug report form
Select Flash Media Server in the drop down and this will send the issue directly to the FMS team
well i have alot of tech questions but since this seems to be the olny place to tlak to anyone i do have start with cost.

paywall implemented on website - subscription to each product
100 clients accessing randomly (this is the part that's hardest to predict...how much actual use)
75 clients accessing 4 hours (2 products)
25 clients accessing 2 hours (1 product)
need to know monthly cost
