anyone have a solution for positioning a lightbox?

I have built a site which uses a combination of the Tool Tip and Lightbox widgets and all seems to work when I view the site on my workstation. However when I view the site on my laptop the lightbox sits very high on the page, so much so that the close button is not visible. Anyone know how to position a lightbox so that it sits lower on the page?
