Folio Android published with previous Folio Builder/Producer - What happens if I update an article ?

A few days ago, I have create a public Android viewer and my folio can be downloaded via Google Play.

 

Yesterday the Folio Builder and the Folio Producer have been updated.

 

Now what whill happen if I change something in an InDesign file, I update the article in Folio Builder, then I update the published folio in Folio Producer ?

 

Will the new Folio Producer only update the article that I have modified or is it the whole published folio that will be updated ?

 

Can I do that without bad surprises in the published public Android Viewer ?

    Also, do we need to also check all the Hide in TOC checkboxes in the folios which have been previously marked as Ad ?

     

    Because I suppose that if we update the published folio, they will not be hidden... right ?

    I see also the new Protected checkboxes.

     

    In other words :

     

    Can I keep the public Viewer for Android made with the previous version of the Viewer Builder and still update the published folio or do we need to recreate the Viewer to read correctly the updated published folios with the new Folio Producer ?

    If you update the tools you have to update the viewer…and you should do that before you do anything else.

    I don't update the tools, I talk only about updating an article made with the tools v19, but the folio is now managed and modified by Folio Producer v20.

    If the tools are still at v19 then it should be fine.
