Drag and drop images into webpage

Hi - in the old Home Site which, unfortunately, is not compatible with Win7 and the Coffee Cup editor, I am able to drag and drop images into webpages and have the image reference appear properly incoded.

 

Can you do the same thing in Builder?

 

I tried drag and drop into a cfm webpage, but what happens is a new tab opens filled with garbage code.

 

Also, is there a list of CF tags somewhere that I could also drag and drop?
