Release 20: Sharing/Unpublished Folio Issue

The DPS-Services team has been investigating the problem with shared/unpublished document availability problems after the release last evening. We are currently debugging the system and hope to find a root cause and implement a speedy fix.

 

I'll update the thread when we have news. Thanks for your patience.

    Thank you. I was just about to submit a support case after spending a half hour troubleshooting and pulling the Charles logs. It would be helpful if issues like this were reported on http://health.acrobat.com or temporarily stickied.

    Update:

    We worked some late hours last night and have a solution currently in test. The status will be updated as we move closer to a release, ETA tonight (PDT).

    The fix for our issue has been released as an update to the Wednesday night release. Please try any problematic workflows again, and follow up if there are ongoing issues symptomatic to the problems addressed in this thread.
