ACR 6.7 an CS5

Hi,

 

to open the RAW-Files of my Nikon D800 i must install the ACR 6.7 on my CS5. When i want to use the AdobePatchInstaller.exe i become a error message. in german: "Update kann nicht angewendet  werden" - its like: Update can not used. The Adobe Support recommend to manual install the Plug-in. OK, i unzip the file, but in the earlier versions i must copy the "Camera Raw.8bi" into the plug-in file. But in the 6.7beta is no "Camera Raw.8bi". Which file i must use where??
