Ereader will not open downloaded book?

Hi, I am a novice to this downloading books to an ereader.   I have downloaded 2 books so far and transfered from digital editions to my ereader which is a Bookbox View Quest ereader and read them without any problems.  However, the 3rd book will not open on the ereader it just hangs and then the screen goes black.  I can open the downloaded book on my laptop but not on the ereader.  I do not get any error messages the thing just hangs with the egg timer and then goes black.  The permissions on the book which was downloaded from Waterstones says can be used on any ereader.  Any ideas?  I have taken the book off the ereader and reloaded it but same thing happens.  I have even removed one of the other downloaded books in case of memory problem but I still can't open the book.

    hi Andrea Knightson,

     

    It seems like the ADE works with your ereader. However, I don't find the official support information with your device. Could you check with your device maufactor if this book is fully supported?
