Content viewer: content from other pages appearing on current page

May 5, 2012 4:10 PM

I just upgraded to the V19 tools, but now I seem to have a problem. Sometimes (often in fact) when navigating a folio in ACV, design elements (containers, overlays etc) from the next page appear on the current page. So, for example, if I am on page 10, an overlay from page 11 will appear on page 10, overwriting what was originally on page 10. Archiving the entire folio and then re-downloading it clears it. But - once I update an article, the same thing happens again. I just came up from V18 tools, where this didn't happen. The super-overlay technique is not being used at all. Thanks M

Try this: archive the folio in the ACV, then download again.

Last week I had the same problem...

Happens all the time especially with horizontal scrolling only.

It appears to be an ACV bug and it hasn’t been fixed as of now.
