How do I get the correct time when a photo was taken to appear in Photoshop Elements 10 for Mac?

My camera shows a photo taken at 2:06 pm, but when imported into Elements 10, the time is shown as 1:06 pm. It is consistently an hour off. My computer is set to the correct time for my location. I'm having to batch change the time on all my photos.
