I am trying to download the new CS6 Design Suite - not able to get past the previous version.

I am trying to downloat the new CS6 Design Suite and am not able to get past the previous version menu. Getting the message "This serial number is not for a qualifying product. Please try another." How do I get past this?

When you say "Download" do you actually mean install?
Which version are you upgrading from?

Could you try the solutions in the following article: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-serial-number-qualifyin g-product.html.

You are trying to install, not download. As Vikrant said, we need much more info - system specs, operating system, ewhat previous product etc.

Try to install CS6 Design Standard. It won’t expect past version serial number. Working on PC Windows & - going from CS5 Design Standard.
