I've loaded the DVD several times and have downloaded the Premier

Elements 10 installer fix several times. When the Premier Elements 10

content window appears I click on it and get the 'deploy' - 'install

app.' - 'packages' - 'payloads' window. I click on the 'install app' and

it initializes the installer. Then click on 'accept' the license

agreement. Window 'install options' appears but shows Premier is already

installed. Then click on install. The install takes 15 minutes or so.

When it's over a small window appears saying 'Premier Elements 10

installer could not be found. Please insert the installation DVD or

mount the downloaded installer image'.nothing again happens. I've been a

PC user for over 10 years and this is my first experience with a MacBook

Pro. I'm not sure what 'mount' means and after the download from the

DVD, the disc automatically ejects. I put it back in and the same thing

happens all over again. I purchased the combination programs of Adobe

Photoshop/Adobe Premier and the Photoshop loaded perfectly. Also made

sure I was loading the Mac Os discs for both programs. Hope this helps.

Photoshop Elements is in applications folder but Premier Elements is

not. Does it make a difference that I loaded Photoshop Elements a few

weeks ago and only now I'm trying to load Premier Elements?  For the 4th

time I'm installing Premier Elements from the DVD. Doubt anything is

going to change this time either.very frustrating !

I get no error message. Premier Elements is not in the applications

folder when I install from the dvd. I did download (several times) the

Premier Elements 10 installer fix.app thinking that would correct the

problem. The installer fix is in my applications folder but clicking on

it only brings up the notice: 'Premier Elements 10 installer could not

be found. Please insert the installation DVD or mount the download

installer image' then what do I do.so far nothing happens.I re-load the

DVD, re-install the software and theres nothing showing in my

application folder that indicates Premier has loaded. Same thing over

and over again.
