GoPro Problems

First off I have been reading all around the discussion bord and it has just confused me more...

 

this is the first time i have ever used premier i have v5.5

 

i am working on a project that used both HD Hero2 and the original HD hero

 

they where all set to the WPGA setting that is about as much as i know

 

now here is the problem when i started i knew very little about the sequence settings and ive already done over half of the editing, is there a way to change the settings? if so how is it odne?

 

also what would be the best settings sense i used 2 diffrent camaras some of the video is 120 fps and some is 60fps.

    Best settings is 60fps.

    Make new sequence and copy everything from old sequence into new one.
