Dear Adobe AIR Developers,
Thank you for being valued developers of Adobe AIR.
Support for shared runtime application packaging was deprecated in the June 2017 release of the AIR SDK.
As a continuation of that, we plan to unpublish the shared AIR Runtime from the Google Play Store later this year. AIR applications that require the shared runtime will no longer be able to access the required download from the Play Store.
We recommend that you convert and republish your AIR applications (if any) to use the captive runtime by June 2018.
This change allows us to focus our engineering on captive applications, which is the more popular option for Android.
