The Buzzword & Presentations Internet collaboration tools are very good.

When Workspaces shuts down in January 2015 will those tools surface as independent Adobe products, or will they be accessible through a different Adobe Internet portal?

Macromedia Contribute was a big problem-solver for me - especially when coordinating website creation within one template, but originating from different countries, and multiple designers. In some respects Buzzword and Presentations share that interactive connectivity - with sharing and templates.

I hope Adobe has a positive answer for this one.

Resolving errors connecting to Acrobat.com for Review or Forms workflows

Users who had begun Review or Forms workflows on Acrobat.com on or before November 20, and who are now getting errors attempting to connect to Acrobat.com with those reviews or forms are candidates for using this Fixit utility.

N.B.: All of the participants in a Review will also need to download and follow these instructions, not just the review owner.

The symptoms will likely include an error message in Acrobat saying that Acrobat encountered an error communicating with Acrobat.com.

Reviews that were started more recently than Nov 20 should function correctly without a need to run this utility. If the review or form was started after Nov 20, and you are experiencing a problem, then you are seeing an issue that this utility will not fix. Please let us know if this is your case, so we can look into the issue.

Here are the instructions for using the utility:

Download and unzip the appropriate Fixit utility for your system (Mac or Windows)
Close all open Acrobat windows
Run the Fixit utility. This may take several seconds if you have many reviews or forms. The utility has no user interface, so it is normal for it to show an empty window while running.
After the utility has finished running, open the Shared Review or Form document in Acrobat that was not working properly.
Check for New Comments (Review) or Responses (Form).
You might see an error that says that the review is corrupted when you open the Review. Ignore that error and Check for New anyway. Checking should repair that error.
If after trying these steps your form or review is still broken, please let us.

Hi Everyone!

I'm a bit new to the whole PDF thing and am thrilled to share that I finally figured out how to use this cool feature! Well sort of! I noticed that there is a large red button that says all files will be deleted on January 6th. What does that mean exactly? Will any files that we have stored here simply vanish? I have a PDF file that I published in my 'workspace' that's linked to my business website. Will the link to my PDF file just disappear on January 6th? Thanks for any insights that you can share!

Buzzword could be the best online text processing software I've seen. It is easy to use, save and share files, has a user-friendly interface, and is closely related to InDesign. There is however an issue with it. The primary language I use is Chinese, and I have always wanted to ditch the overstaffed Microsoft Office and change to Buzzword. However, it has been almost 2 years since I started using Buzzword, and still it doesn't support Asian Font Text editing, which is really irksome and makes it hard for me to introduce this amazing software to my friends and colleges. So what I wanted to ask is: would Adobe consider adding Asian Font Text editing to the AIR version of Buzzword when it is released?

For some reason, my wifes laptop will not connect to any adress with adobe.com in it. I have added adobe .com as a trusted site, but that does not work either. I can connect to any other site I type in, so it is not a connectivity issue. Any ideas?

I would have thanked Bob and asked a follow on question in the other thread but somehow it is shut down.

The files I have stored in Workspaces have important archive value. That's why I need the creation and modification times. Is there any way to export that information? If I have it, I can use 'touch' via script to update the files. Updating each file by hand would take a very long time and would be error prone. Accuracy is important.
