I Had a work open and had 'open most recent project upon opening' turned on. Now the app will not open anything and continously loads the longest ive waited is thirty minutes and ive restated it and let it load until it died. Please help i need it for school projects. I have an iphone 5c Also.

Just purchased the Galaxy Note 4, sad to hear that PS Touch is not available for this phone. Had been using it on the Note 3 and loved it.

I just upgraded my phone today from the Galaxy note 3 to the Galaxy note 4 and was devistated to see that the app I use every single day, the greatest photo editing app ever is not compatible with my new note 4. Please tell me this will be updated soon as I don't know how long I can live without it!

Constrain photo cropping?

One nagging point while using this app is the crop tool has no way that I found to quickly constrain the crop to a specific aspect ratio (square, 4x6, 6x4, 16x9, etc). I see the aspect lock and numeric value tools, but no aspect set. On a touch device it needs to much simpler.

So synch still appears to be totally broken between my Android phone and CC. In fact, all of the previous uploads to CC have now disappeared from my phone. And I haven't heard anything from Adobe. Longtime Photoshop user (since CS2), very disappointed!

How do you just level out the photo?

It's intuitive in terms of cropping and full-on rotation. But where on this app is the feature that allows you to straighten the photo if it's crooked by just a bit? Thanks.

I downloaded Lightroom iOS to my iPhone and it started a 30 day trial. I was just wondering if it is the same way for the photoshop app before I spend $4.99 on an app that won't stay as long as I want.

The most current version of iOS Photoshop Touch is version 1.3 which was released in September but only included bug fixes for iOS 8. Are there any plans to update this app with more functionality now that the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus have been released. I really enjoy using this app often but feel that there is a lack of functionality in some areas. The two newer phones have a lot more power than their predecessors and the iPhone 6 Plus makes Photoshop Touch a much better experience on the phone. It would be awesome to see some optimization for all that extra space and use of the extra power provided by the new Devices. With the new apps that were released by adobe it made me wonder if Photoshop Touch is being discontinued or just no longer being updated?

PS Touch used to work great on my SGN3 prior to the last update. Now when adding layers, local photos are not displayed. Please fix this problem ASAP! I use this app daily and it badly 😐

not able to view thumbnails to edit . i set the image size to 12 megs file size and that didn't help. the pics are jpegs. the app will open the file and then I can see the pic. but it isn't the one I want.

Estoy cabreado, me siento estafado y harto de la política de licencias de Adobe.

Hace tiempo adquirí la Aplicación Photoshop Touch para mi móvil Android (nada más salir al mercado) y posteriormente me vi obligado a adquirir la licencia de la misma Aplicación para mi Tablet también Android (algo de por sí totalmente surrealista). Recientemente me han regalado un Apple iPad Air y un iPhone 6 Plus... y esto ya es el colmo... si quiero poder usarla en los nuevos dispositivos... TENGO QUE PAGAR DOS NUEVAS LICENCIAS POR EXACTAMENTE LA MISMA APLICACIÓN (Adobe Photoshop Touch). Estoy indignado y desde luego no pienso pagar de nuevo, es más, haré todo lo que esté en mis manos para que NADIE vuelva a caer en la misma ESTAFA en la que yo he caído como un tonto. Hay aplicaciones fabulosas y gratuitas que hacen lo mismo e incluso mejor como pueden ser las muchas de Autodesk (los que hacen AutoCAD) o maravillas como SNAPSEED de Google. O podéis elegir entre las cientos de aplicaciones de pago que funcionan perfectamente y son más completas por una mínima fracción del coste de Adobe Photoshop Touch (que por cierto solo tiene en común con el famoso Photoshop de sobremesa el nombre y el logo).

Un saludo a todos y una recomendación: NO COMPREIS NINGÚN PRODUCTO ADOBE PARA DISPOSITIVOS MOVILES.

I had the photo shop touch app for over a year and I got another phone and tried to download it and it said its nit compatable. Now today I see it available in the google play store again but its saying I need to pay for it again. I miss the app but I am not gonna pay for it again. :-( how can I get it back?

Sync not working with PS Touch on Andriod

Sync has stopped working between PS Touch and Creative Cloud on my Android phone (Samsung G4). Touch is version 1.2.1, and I'm running CC and PS on my Mac under OSX Mavericks. Sync had previously worked. What happens now is that when I turn sync on in PS Touch, it tells me it is syncing, then says "complete", but fails to actually sync an additional PS Touch files that are on the phone.

Sounds like this is a "known issue" at least on some tablets, but I have not seen any real fix that has been identified.

Any help would be appreciated, since the lack of sync really cripples the app.

I'm having difficulties accessing my photos.

I go to add layer -add photo layer - from photo library - Then the local photos bit is Blank . very frustrating as i can't resolve it .

I've toggled the option in settings. I've moved photos to Various diff rent folders.

I think the main problem is it doesn't remember my setting for native photos when adding photos to layers.

Hi guys,

Please help me on this problem. After I done with my picture i want to share or save the image to gallery, after i press the bottom third icon there are 3 selection for me to choose
1.Upload to Creative Cloud

2.Save to Gallery

3.Share....

After i select any 1 of them PS Touch require me to choose the image files type (JPEG or PNG). after I selected the Files type, the problem occurred. The "OK" button is no functioning. (i wonder why)

I find the current options completely useless for digital painting. Color picker only allows me to select fully saturated colors while HSV sliders are totally non-intuitive. Please implement a proper color picker so that I can stop using Sketchbook pro. It is the only thing that stops digital painters using this app for digital sketching. I would pay 100 bucks for this app if it had a proper color picker!!

HEY ADOBE! It would be great to see some sort of enhanced AirPlay mirroring support for Photoshop Touch. Some apps have the ability to change what you see on the iOS device screen when mirroring is turned on. This would allow PS Touch to take advantage of the larger (TV) screen's real estate while using the iOS device for controls/keyboard only.

Menu's letter are unreadable on my sony xperia z running kk4.4.2. They show up as dots.

If you are experiencing issues with installing the app and encountering Google Play errors you should try to go through Google's support page since
these issues are not connected to Adobe nor its products.

Problems downloading apps & games - Google Play Help

This applies to all errors except the "Not compatible device" which occurs due to limitations, e.g. of the device software, hardware.

If you still encounter the problem after having tried everything out in the link above you can create a forum post.

The post should include the below information to help us diagnose the issue

Device (incl. model number in About phone)
OS (if custom ROM)
Country
If you are experiencing it for other applications too
If PS Touch had successfully been installed in earlier occasions on the specific device
Any logs (logcat) would be good to have for a later follow-up. Note that since they can have personal information they should not be shared in the post.

Hi everyone,

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 running android 4.4.2. i started using Ps Touch for phone yesterday and have really been enjoying it over Photoshop Express.

But there's a problem. Photoshop Express saves\publishes the edited image at its original size, the size which the photo was at when it was imported. Photoshop Touch for phone doesn't. I tried changing the size at which the photo will be saved but the maximum size is only at 4096x3064. This is kinda strange since a fast editing app like Photoshop Express is less powrful than Ps Touch but can save the image at full size when a more, possibly the most, powerful photo editing app available on mobile can't. Is there going to be an update to enable Ps Touch to save an image at full size, the size which the photo was at when it was imported, or is that all we can have for $5?
