Ho un problema con il filtro in oggetto che non riesco a risolvere....quando tento di fare quell'operazione si apre la finestra di modifica ma nello spazio dove dovrebbe apparire l'immagine mi viene tutto nero. Addirittura se ci passo sopra col mouse la freccetta scompare.

Qualcuno ha una soluzione?

I am trying to use the magnetic lasso tool to outline my product and move that product to it's own layer so I can create a banner.

The lasso will not turn off, I have made sure it met the beginning of the outline, and I have clicked enter. I was instructed to copy the product and paste it and it will show up as a new layer. I am concerned that I have something set or not set that would cause the tools to stick, and that I am missing a step between copy and paste.

Can someone please help me or direct me to a tutorial that will cover these subjects? I have been trying to figure it out on my own for two days.

Hello!

How do I prevent Lightroom from creating duplicates if the edit in photoshop is not saved?

So... Quite often I choose to 'Edit in photoshop' from Lightroom but then end up not saving the result. (for example, because I just wanted to experiment with the photo, or I'm not satisfied with the results)

However, Lightroom always creates a copy of the original photo, which stays in the catalog even if the photoshop changes aren't saved.

Is there a way to stop this, and only add a photo if it has been edited in PS?

Using LR5 with PS CS6 on a Mac 10.9

Hi i was wondering what is the difference between photo shop touch and photo shop mix ? what does the two apps do that are not the same? and is photo shop touch being replaced by mix.?

from the old apps i have photo shop touch, ideas, proto. those were the main apps i were apple to get. then followed by kuler. from there i been using them. more so than photo shop touch then the others.

the great thing i noticed about touch is start with blank layer. with mix you can not.

if photo shop mix is going to be a replacement app. let it replace photo shop express. as in photo shop touch. maybe. if mix can not have flat layers kinda like in photo shop touch where all layers are flattened when sending a psd from photo shop on desktop to photo shop touch using the cloud.

other than that is a cool app, for quick editing.

Problem with update

There is an update for PhotoShop CC 2014 When I get it going on the stand and reports an error. I then uninstalled the cloud and PhotoShop and reinstalled them, m, now report on that Photoshop has been installed but the update fails and then it says that I need to contact support !

Mix does not open Lightroom photos

I have Photoshop Mix v1.1 and Lightroom Mobile v1.1.0 on my iPad 3 with iOS 7.1.2.

I have made 6 collections in Lightroom 5.6 (CC) (on Windows 7) available to Lightroom Mobile and I can edit these successfully in LR Mobile on my iPad.

So why does Photoshop Mix report "The image cannot be opened" when I select one of the photos in a collection when I select:

"+" -> "Lightroom" -> Collection of interest -> Image of interest.

Did all the CC updates (2014) this morning, and now photoshop just freezes, even after reboot. I have the whole suite.

This morning there were a LOT of updates to CC. I'm working on a project, and the darn program keeps freezing. I even turned off my video accelerator, which is an excellent one.

Okay, so I was just using Photoshop and then my friend wanted me to try and airdrop it to her since she didn't have photoshop. I tried to airdrop it to her and it failed. Later on, my photopshop icon had an question mark on it and i realized that it won't open. I started to play around and accidentally uninstalled it by going to Applications->Utilities->Adobe Installers and clicked on Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection. After uninstalling it, I thought I could reinstall it again but I can't find any files or whatsoever to install it again.

Is Upright and CA fill available on iPhone version of PS Mix?

So I've saved my logo after spending about an hour editing it and I didn't save it as a PNG. I saved it as a JPEG but I can't seem to edit the different layers.

Are they permanently merged or is there a trick I'm unaware of O.O Please help!

I have PS CS5 extended. I was working on my sketches. I saved the files many times but when I wanted to exit the program it asked me if I want to save the file as Smart Object. I hit NO. I cannot see my last 5 hours of work. Can I restore them somehow? I am absolutely sure that I saved it...but it doesn't show it.

Better Way to Handle Font

On http://www.admaticonsulting.com/test1/, my client wanted a black font with a red 'E' for his business name, 'An Event Studio'.

There's a slider, and on the first image has a black area where the business name/logo goes, so you cannot see it if I use a black font only.

So, I added a semi-transparent background, but I don't like it. I'd rather do something cooler, like adding a white fading effect behind each letter, but I don't know how to do so.

Is there a tutorial or something like that that I can follow. Please know I am new to Photoshop and mostly do basic stuff.

I tried out this App on my iPad mini RD with the latest iOS, but it denied to open most of my imported pictures.

Some pictures work, most pictures don´t open?!

All taken by Nikon D800 and imported on the iPad.

I don´t know where are the difference between the pictures?

Maybe there exists a limit for picture size?

I recently took a photo that had one element that needed a targeted color adjustment. I have Photoshop Mix, PS Express and Lightroom Mobile on my iPad so I thought great, I can select/isolate the object in Mix ( color adjustments there are limited to presets and none of them fit my needs), and then open the selection in Lightroom or Express and do the adjustments. The only format I could find to save the image in Mix that would preserve transparancy was the "save to photohop" option which saved a PSD to Creative Cloud. The only problem here is that I can find no way to then import this PSD from Creative Cloud to Express (I realized at this point Lightroom Mobile, with it's limited file support, was out). I also tried Revel and that doesn't work either ( that I could figure out). So really, am I to believe that with the 3 different ways of sharing files, Lightroom Mobile, Revel, and Creative Cloud, there is no way to move files from one Adobe Photoshop type app to another on an iPad?!?!? Please tell me I wrong.

If you denied Photoshop Mix access to the photos on you iPad, you can always grant that access by going into iOS Settings->Privacy->Photos and turning on for Photoshop Mix.

I generated a 2 layer .psd on my Windows desktop that was sized 8x10 at 300ppi. File size about 23mb.

I opened it in Photoshop Mix on the iPad and made an edit.

When I opened the file back on my desktop, it had been resized at less that 50% of the resolution (From 3300x2474 to 1518x1138, about 10mb).

-Is there a resolution limitation? I can't find any documentation on this.

-If the resolution limit is actually this low, then the app is only suitable for online vs print work and this should be made clear.
