How to unsubscribe from discussion thread

Is there another way to unsubscribe? My question hs been answered.

Reconnect in elements 9 before registering elments 11?

I tried to 'reconnect all files', but it appears that most of my library is now disconnected. Is this because these photos are now moved to Revel? If I register elements 11 without reconnecting them will the unconnected ones be displayed in elements 11? Will it be any advantage to reconnect all that I can? I'm holding off on registering until I have an answer.

When I open elements 9 I am told that Revel is now the home for my photos but there are only about 40 or so there out of my 30,000 plus or minus. Since there are limits on how many can be moved in a month (is that the same as 'uploading', or is moving a different process?) I'll be waiting a long time for everything to show up.

I marked my last reply from Scott as 'not helpful' because I asked for options and none were offered. It seems to be Revel or nothing. Is that true? I should have started making plans for this move long ago, but in my naiveté, I thought Revel was a new name for the same operation I was accostomed to, and that the same screens I had been working with would appear, and it would be seamless. Now it appears to be too late to consider anything other than Revel with all its shortcomings.

access catalogs after Revel?

I have over 100 tags and 1000's of photos. How do I continue to access these after Revel? Is there another program that can equal this excellent filing system?

When my photos are moved to Revel will I be able to continue to use my very extensive sorting and filing system? I have spent huge numbers of hours organizing my thousands of photos and it sounds like it was all in vain. And I recently purchased Elements 11, which probably I won't be able to use either, if my filing system is defunct.
