URL requiring /index.html

I've published a site to BC and it is live. Thought everything was fine ... but now I realize that one must type in a "www.domain.com/index.html" to go to the live site, instead of just ending the URL with a .com (which will take you to the standard "coming soon" page).

Any pointers on how to fix will be greatly appreciated!

Only small part of trigger is active

Hi ... I'm using rectagular triggers for a composition widget ... it was working fine, but now only the left-most 5% of the trigger is active (hot?). In fact, I can only select the trigger in design mode in that small area as well. Any ideas? I have text placed inside the trigger (names), fill at 1% transparency.
