illustrator courses gone one step to far?

I don't usually moan but sorry rant time .... whilst over on facebook i come across this http://http://www.creativelive.com/courses/adobe-illustrator-essential-tools-erica-gamet?u tm_source=facebook&utm_medium=cpc&utm_content=EricaGamet_WEB_1600x900.jpg&utm_campaign=ado be+illustrator+essentiuals+-+Erica+gamet+-+enroll+-+us+ca it's a FREE online course, wow! excuse me but most of us are paying not only for our subscribtion of £40 per month but also a Adobe course which in total has cost myself £385.00 and that's not including the cost of the exams i'm still to take...

What the frigg? do i ask for a refund now or is there a explanation to cover this?

Hello all, is there a way of adding a music file to photoshop, mp3 has in sound file - for example you edited a photo and you want to add music either mp3 or video please?

Have added the link from previous post http://forums.adobe.com/message/5978775#5978775 thank you all that helped with advice over christmas and new year, i have now upgraded my windows to window 8 pro, (yes very nice and all that jazz lol ) i have downloaded crative cloud onto desktop once again and gone onto install the apps, all downloads, and when installed i now have green ticks at side of 'updated'

ok, new problem-

I have downloaded photoshop, illustrator, and indesign, went to open photoshop cc and theres no link, no install, infact no programe in menu>programes but there is for illustrator, of course after less than 24hrs with windows 8 it's taking me awhile to find my way around the lovely upgrade. but errm when it's not even showing up as being installed onto the computer in the <programmes> then isnt that a Adobe creative cloud installation problem ? if i could work out how to post screenshots i would post but at the momment i'm working my way through all the windows 8 apps haha!

I just noticed at the side of the download in the desktop app the only link i have to click on is a link that says - 'you installed photoshop cc- view learning & tutorials' but no link to open photoshop software in the desktop app.

on a good note though i can however open Adobe illustrator (not looking to good on my Adobe coursework, which i last picked up my coursework book 2 weeks nearly before christmas)! however thats a bonus

Hello, i seem to be having the same problem has alot of others are having, Santa brought me a new computer (yeah lol) and i'm trying to download the creative cloud has i was using before on my old desktop (with no problem) but for some reason it is letting me download and install some of the apps, mostly the ones i don't actually need or use much of. I get the 'up to date' message at the side of all i downloaded yet no links to the software 'i.e-photoshop that i'm trying to open. not even the button in the 'start' menu to say it has downloaded even in the programmes some of the software as downloaded like i say the ones mostly that i don't use and the ones i want to use not there at all not even in the programmes yet in the Adobe desktop application manager it says downloaded and at the side says 'up to date' anyone any ideas on what or where the link as gone to open the software please?

Hello all,

Decided to pick up where i left off back in 2009, back then i was doing a Adobe dreamweaver course am currently on an Adobe course is anyone else? i don't know if it's just me but i'm finding that working through the coursebooks more difficult than actually doing it and learning via the software anybody else done an Adobe course and finding it more difficult to take in from a book or 6 than the adobe software?

Is there a way of connecting the Adobe creative cloud software to a tv has in 'normal tv that we watch, not desktop or laptop does anyone know please? I know we can connect our desktop to the tv and run the internet that way, but loading Adobe creative cloud through the tv is this possible? if so how please...

Having problems with 3D

Can someone help me please with how when i TRY and go to 3D options nothing comes up. Has you can see from the screenshot i've highlighted the type but even if i don't highlight the type it still does the same. what am doing wrong anyone please? thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

Pyment problem & render question

Hello all, wondering if anyone can help with how on this crazy planet does a person pay for CC/CS6 on subscription only to get a few days later this message? I'm paying near £50 per month for this. Sorry but if the billing cannot stay in sync with the software and the cloud then what hope is there for the software actually doing the work needed? I was told on the phone that it auto synced hmmm, could anyone tell me as well why under render does it not have 'render' has we know it to be. please see photos below and photo 2 below....

Has you can see it has 'Render' but nothing to actually render the whole graphics, or designwork just these basic options which those of us who know and been with Adobe for many years will know this is not rendering at its best no where near! Sorry
