FM 12 -- Forcing page breaks for Kindle

I'm publishing a book into Amazon's Kindle format, mobi, and was hoping someone knows how to inherit existing FM page breaks, or to force it by adding it to a FM para tag or other FM code.

The front matter of the book is in a single file with page breaks, but the Publish option is removing the breaks.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Art

X-1a problem with "incorrectly nested pages"

Hi all!

I've paginated a book in Frame 9, and output a PDF through Acrobat Extended 9 using the X-1a options (the printer asks for that).

When I run PreFlight, I get a "fail" warning on each page, saying that pages are not nested properly.

Looking around the net, the meaning seems to be: "Page boxes must be nested properly
The relevant page boxes – namely MediaBox, BleedBox and TrimBox – must be
nested properly. The TrimBox must extend neither beyond the BleedBox nor the
MediaBox, and the BleedBox must not extend beyond the MediaBox."

When you look at each page, however, the boxes all seem to be the same size -- not extending.

And in any case, I'm not sure how I'd go about fixing it in Frame.
The book pages are set up to 5.5x8.5 inches on an 8.5x11 sheet.
I've attached the file, if you have enough time to look at it.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Art
