Exchange Panel says I need to update in order to install but everything is up to date

I am using CC and since I installed the latest Photoshop update I am having problems with the Exhange Panel. When I try to install Photoshop extensions, the Exchange Panel says I need to update to the latest version. When I click "OK" it takes me to Adobe Application Manager and Exchange Panel says it is up to date. Just for thoroughness sake, I updated ALL applications and restarted the programs and still, my Exchange Panel will not install any extensions, saying it needs to be up to date.

I'm just trying to use my Russell Brown Adobe Paper Textures (installing 2.0.1) from CC to get a project done.

I am on Mac OS10.6.8 - I have CS 4 Design Premium and CS 6 on my machine from previous installations as well but do not use either of them since I installed CC.
