Can't login to BC sites - Getting Multiple Login Error Message

I haven't logged into any of my BC sites for at least 4 days - now when I try to login I get "Your access has been temporarily restricted due to too many failed login attempts. Your account will automatically unlock shortly; there is no need to contact customer support."

For all my BC sites!

I tried to reset password - still got the message.

Is there some type of system-wide hacking attempt going on? This is not the first time I've had this happen, but now I have urgent changes and can't wait around for some "mystery" amount of time so that I can update my client's sites.

How Do You Give Other Admin Users Access to the Develop Mode?

Hi - I can see the "develop" tab when I log into the my sites, but other Admin users cannot. Does anyone know how to change that?

Web App Import turns Item Inactive?

Hi guys I remember in the old forums there was a great answer for this question.

When you export web apps - make changes in Excel - Save as .csv - and re-import the web app items, the date fields are somehow modified to change the expiration date and then it makes all your webapp items inactive.

Does anyone remember the fix? I know it's a quick and easy fix in Excel, but I can't remember it

Web Apps are Missing from my clients site!

Hi all - this has now happened TWICE in the past year to my client's site and I am really in desperate need of some help.

Web App Items that have been added manually (not by upload) to the clients site are now missing!

On this site, members of the secure zone can add their own company listing or my client can go in and manually add a company listing for them.

We know for a FACT and have double checked login records that no-one is deleting them - they just go completely missing after a few weeks/months.

This is a very high-profile project here in the Dallas area and BC is making me look really bad to the client.

Can someone please assist me?

I am meeting with the client Friday AM to get all the backup documentation so we can verify/prove to you that these Web Apps are literally going away from my client's site.

Web Apps Missing from my Client's site

Hi - I am in the line for chat but thought I would reach out and check to see if any of you have ever had an issue of Web apps "going missing" from the site.

What's interesting is that the customer/company associated with those web apps is also missing for each one of the missing web apps. These were manually added to the back end of the website.

Basically I know for a fact that those web apps were there and now they are missing. A real mystery!

Invoice Layout not Changing When looking up orders on the site

Hi friends

When I change the invoice layout in the System emails - my understanding is that it is also supposed to change the layout when customers are logged into the site and looking at their previous invoices.

However that is not happening - is there any where else I should be changing this layout?

This is the current system email layout for the invoice (note I do want to leave out price)

Note I also styled this with CSS to leave out the price:

Paragraph Classes and browsers

Hi friends - a quick question that I am sure you guys will know the answer to:

The phone # in the top right of this website (created from a 3rd party BC template) appears white on all my mac browsers but appears dark on the iphone and on the PC.

I know it's something to do with the paragraph class, but I can't quite pin down the problem.

Allow Supplier to Enter Product?

Hi - I am working with a non-profit who would like for specific suppliers to be able to log in and enter their products to the site.

Bascially it's a food-sharing application that will allow food suppliers to share resources with the agencies that need the food - giving them the opportunity to enter food available and then the agencies can "shop" online for the available food and "claim" it using a similar interface to an ecommerce store.

Is there any way to set up a way for suppliers to enter their own products? I thought of a web app, but the quantity needs to be managed as people claim the product and I'm unsure as to whether this can be accomplished with a web app.

Any suggestions are welcome!

Urgent - integration with Adobe ID has locked me out of all my sites

When I log in with correct ID - even after resetting password - I am getting An Error Has Occured message when I try to log into my sites.

Noticed live chat was not available on the website and I am desparate for help on this issue.
