Missing scripted patterns

Using PS CC 2014.2.1. In the Fill dialogue I am not seeing the scripted patterns after selecting patterns. Did they move between 2014.2 and 20114.2.1?

Clicking ALT to name a new adjustment layer

In some tutorials, it says that holding the ALT key when clicking the add adjustment layer button at the bottom. will bring up a new layer dialogue box so that the adjustment layer can be named. This does not seem to work in PS CC or CC 2014. If you use Window>Adjustments and hold ALT while choosing an adjustment it does work. How do I get it to work by using the button at the bottom of the panel?

Best way to uninstall and reinstall single app in CC

I am having problems with Illustrator CC 2014. What is the best way to uninstall only that app and reinstall only that one. I don't want to have to do the whole thing if possible.

Arc Tool Instead of Spiral Tool

New to Illustrator. Using CC 2012 with Win 7 64-bit. Trying to draw a spiral.. First one goes fine, but when I click off the first one and try to draw a second spiral, I get the arc tool or what looks like a segment of a spiral instead and I can 't get back to the spiral tool. Why?

3D Render time not showing in PS CC 2014

This has to be simple, but I can't figure it out. When I render a 3D image, it should show the time remaining somewhere at the bottom near the timeline, but it isn't. How do I get that to show.

This is probably not the right place for this, but someone could either answer or direct me to the correct area. I posted a question yesterday received a response that didn't answer my question, but it then marked as "Correct Answer." How do I change this so someone else will look at the question? Not a matter of life or death, but I am interested in why this happened.

Merge to HDR Pro Causes CC 2014 to stop

I select bracketed photos in Bridge or LR 5.5 and open them in Merge to HDR Pro through any method available. I begin to adjust the sliders, but then switch to another application;for a moment, i.e. an instructional video or Firefox. When I return to HDR Pro, any sliders I have not worked on are greyed out, including cancel and OK. Sliders I have adjusted still work. I have seen fixes that include such things as double clicking on a slider that is working, going to the other app and then back to HDR Pro. This works only rarely as does random clicking around. If I just go through the process in HDR Pro without going to another app, everything is fine. Does this happen to anyone else?

I am running Win 7 64 with 8 GB RAM. The system runs everything else in Photoshop without any problems.

Colors Printing Incorrectly.

When I try to print The image on right below, the browns are infused with a blue tint and the building's color is a mottled blue. I've tried letting the printer (Epson R2000) handle color management , but that didn't do anything.

What can I do to get this to print correctly? Below left is printed image taken with phone,

Downgrade to Single App

Mu subscription to the full Creatice Cloud ends on May 10. I would like to downgrade to only Photoshop as a single app. I have access to CS6 versions of the other applications. How do I go about this seamlessly. Thanks.

Duplicates on Import

When I import into LR from a card, all the images on the card are checked even though all but the most recent are already in my catalog. I have to uncheck everything and then check only those new ones. Not long agok, however, I had a computer problem that wiped out my LR catalogs. I recreatedd them and imported the images from my hard drive, many of which are on the card I import from at the moment. Does the import from the cad not recognize what are essentially duplicates that were imported another way?

New Layer and New Path

Draw a Shape

Tool Selection on Startup

When I open PS CC, the last tool I used is selected along with whatever values I had entered. In addition, if I change, say the Exposure value for the Burn tool, that value will still be there when I start PS again rather than returning to 100%.. Also, the background and foreground colors are whatever I last set them as. I have been told that the Rectangular Marquee tool is supposed to be selected by default when restarting as well as the defaul vales for the other tools. Is this correct?

ONCoreFoundation7.dll is missing

When I open Photoshop CC I get an error messaage that the above dll is missing. I can get rid of the error message and PS opens normally. I understand this might be a .dll associated with Apple products such as iTunes, which I don't have on my machine. Is this .dll necessary and, if not, how do I get rid of the error messages.

Merge to HDR Pro not working

I select images in Lightroom 5 and then select Merge in HDR Pro. The images go to Photoshop (CC), but when the HDR dialog opens, the imaage area is black. I also have PS CS6 and it works correctly there. Is this a bug in CC?

I have CS6, as well as CS5 and CS4, versions of several apps on my 64-bit Windows 7 machine. I would like to uninstall at least the CS5 and 4 programs, but they do not appear in the Programs and Features section of the Control Panel. The CSS6 versions don't appear there either. The CC version I installed yesterday and today do appear. All of the versions work. How do I uninstall the ones I do not want any longer?

My Photoshop CS6 Extended, as well as my other CS6 apps, are all 64-bit. I donwloaded Photoshop CC and it appears to be a 32-bit app (it is in the Program Files (x86) folder). Is there a 64-bit version or will there be? Bridge CC did download as a 64-bit app.

I am installing the CC apps. I plan to keep the CS6 apps for the time being, but I have older (CS5 and CS4) apps on my Windows 7 64-bit machine. I want to uninstall the older apps, but they don't appear in the Programs and Features section of Control Panel, nor do they show in Revo Uninstaller Pro. How do I remove these programs?

Capture Time

When I import using a capture time sort, they photos show up with the latest capture time first, not the earliest. Is there a way to change this so the earliest capture time in the import is on top?

Will I need to download a Cloud version of Lightroom 4?

As I understand it, Lightroom 4 will not be included in Creative Cloud when it is available on May 7, butt will be later. Will I have to download a different version of LR4 when it becomes available or will my current version beaujtomatically included?

Import from reader question

I import from my card reader directly to a folder on my hard drive and into LR as DNG files. The next time I try to import, some of the files I previously imported are still checked as well as the new ones on the card. If I try to import the ones I had previsouly added, they are imported again although I have the "Don't import suspected duplicates" box checked. I have to uncheck all the files and then recheck trhe new ones. There must be a simpler way.

Pixel Bender problems

I used the Oil Paint filter on an image, but when I then tried to use the Brush Stroke filter, it was grayed out (along with several other filters).. I converted the original image to a smart object before applying the Oil Paint filter in Pixel Bender. The technique is one used in a Kelby tutorial, but in that one the instructor used the Brush Stroke filter. Nobody in the Pixel Bender forum has an answer. In addition, I tried to uninstall the plug-in and Extension Manager said I lacked the appropriate permission to remove Pixel Bender. I am logged in as Adminstrator, so I don't know what further permission I might need.

Adobe application manager said Bridge and PS CS5 needed this update. I have tried several times to run the update, but it fails and there is never a reason given. Not sure what the problem is and even if this update is important.

Printing problem

I am using the lastest version of PS, but I am having problems printings photos on my Canon Pixma iP4000. All the dialogues work fine, but when I push the final print command, the paper goes through the printer, but no image is printed. Text, etc.from other programs prints fine. Any ideas?

I'm fairly new at Camera Raw, etc. and am confused over something. If I take a .dng file and modify it in Camera Raw, is there any way to restore the original .dng image short of going back and getting it out of the camera again?

I am attempting to learn DW and would like to take an online course. My local community college has them, but the timing isn't good for me. I have searched around and found a course given by the IWA-HWG (International Webmasters Association-HTML Writers Guild).

Does anyone have any feedback on this group, positive or negative. Or can someone point me toward such a course.
