Photoshop restarts after I quit it

This is so annoying, but after updating to CC 2014, every time I quit Photoshop on Mac 10.9.4, it immediately relaunches. I am quitting from Photoshop > Quit Photoshop. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it won't stop. Even when I force quit—bam—it pops open again.

Placeholder images replaced in slideshows

Not sure if this is "new" in the Nov release of Muse, but when I add images to a slideshow that contains placeholder images, the images aren't ADDED TO the slideshow, rather, the placeholder images are replaced. YAY! Tip of the hat to the Muse team for that nice little touch. Drove me nuts...

Rotated accordion

If I have an accordion with a Google map in it—then I rotate the accordion. I attempt to rotate the Google map, but there is no way to rotate it. The Rotation Angle is grayed out, even if I cut and paste the map out of the accordion and paste into another site. The workaround is to copy the HTML and re-paste, reinsert the map. Any ideas?

Edge Animate scroll effect

Trying to wrap my brain around this.

Say I have a 3 second animation in Edge Animate. I place it in Muse and apply the Edge Animate scroll effect. If I select "Switch Frame Every" - what is it referring to in Edge Animate? Animate, as far as I know, doesn't have a frame rate that can be changed (just a grid). The animations are time based. In my testing, by selecting "Switch Frame Every" the animation is advancing a second. Help please?

Rotate panel?

Looking on the what's new page: http://helpx.adobe.com/muse/using/whats-new.html#Rotate Panel

It says there is a new Rotate panel:

"You can rotate Tabbed and Accordion widgets using the Rotate Panel."

I don't see a new Rotate panel. I assume I am taking it too literally when I read it to mean that there is a new panel called "Rotate"

Workflow question

I have clients that want dual orientation apps—fine. What is everyone else doing out there for workflow when it comes to creating the dual orientation .indd files with interactivity on each orientation?

Are you:

1. Creating the .indd files with both orientations (CS6 and CC) and then adding interactivity to both orientations (copy/paste to the second orientation)

2. Creating one orientation for .indd files, adding interactivity, then creating the other orientation later?

I asked Bob L. the same thing and he already gave me some great feedback.

Content Viewer on iPad issue

Anyone else seeing something like this— I have a folio shared with me. I open Content Viewer on iPad (which is up to date and restarted). I sign in and attempt to download the shared folio. It throws an error and then I am signed out and all of the shared folios dissappear from the Content Viewer (because they are still in the cloud). I can't find a way around it—so I hook up the iPad to my machine and preview shared folios through InDesign.

HTML article scrubbing thumbnails

I've followed the steps to create the scrubbing thumbnails with no luck:

My 2 thumbs are PNGs loose in the HTML article folder (same level as the html file), sized as 221x166 (h) and 125x166 (v)

any ideas? The default thumbs are horrible and take a few seconds to load

HTML article cut off

Anyone ever had an HTML article that contains content that is taller than either iPad orientation, and yet it gets cut off when it first loads in the Content Viewer (from ID). When I change orientations on the device the other orientation works fine. When I go back to the original orientation, the HTML article now scrolls perfectly without getting cut off?

HTML article @font-face format

Should I be using .svg web fonts for my HTML articles when I embed local fonts using @font-face? I see the DPS Help shows .otf in a screen shot, I have talked to others who have said use .ttf format.

Publish in Beta 7 Adobe ID

So, when you install Muse it asks for an Adobe ID. That info is stored with the program.

When I go to publish a site for the first time ever, it comes up with "Upgrade To Adobe ID" dialog box.

My Adobe ID (email) shows in there. I enter my Adobe ID password and can't get past the dialog since it tells me the password is correct.

I know it's correct. The thing that is a bit confusing is the dialog makes it sound like I enter a "BC password" — when I never created an account there? Is the password my Adobe ID password?

Blank Slideshow captions disappear with system font

Anyone know if this has been fixed? Still not working for me in beta 7. Only one of the captions appears when I apply a system font—the rest in the code are set to a width and height of 1 px.

Just bought single edition—can't login using Viewer Builder

Hi - I had beta versions installed of overlay creator and builder. I uninstalled them a few months back. Just bought the single edition and updated all plug-ins and downloaded viewer builder from the DPS dashboard. I can't login using Viewer Builder - I get the error message "This account is unable to access Viewer Builder." Any ideas why?

I contacted support and tech support - and they have no ideas, it got escalated and I am expecting a call back.

Pass parameter

I have a page setup with an html widget that has 3 buttons.When I click on each, each loads a different html doc into the div I have setup - works great. Here's my question:

Trying to pass a parameter from a link on one page to this page. I know how to show a different panel or tab, but can you pass a parameter so that a page setup with an HTML panel widget can load an html doc other than the default into the div I have? Tried everything I've found with no luck.

Have a small issue with loading html. Setup page with load content from 3 html pages -

My question is: When this page is opened, the div#samplepanel shows the scheduled classes content (that content is static - first to show). It works brilliantly. But if I create a link from another page altogether to this page, I want to be able to load the content from "company/corporate.html" depending on the page I am linking from, so that content appears, rather than the scheduled class content.
If more clarification or more code is necessary, let me know
