Published Projects in RoboHelp 7 Generate Large Quantities of Windows/Temp Files When Open

opening the project from the web server, RoboHelp generates
hundreds of RHS*.tmp files in the Windows/Temp directory. This
causes a Protcol host error which crashes RoboHelp. Any ideas on
what is causing this?</div><!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:49edcec1-9e38-474d-94c5-dcd8afc86f31] -->

several hundred RHS*.tmp files are created in the C:Winodws/Temp
directory on the Web Server. As these files accumulate it causes
protocol host errors. The workaround is to constantly monitor the
C:Windows/Temp directory and delete the RHS*.tmp files. Sometimes
the only fix is to delete the tmp files and restart the server. Any
ideas what is causing these tmp files?</div><!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:841e5fbe-c085-4461-94f9-10eb0909d6a9] -->

several years ago. Since that time I have upgraded to RoboEngine
4.0. Now my server has reached its end of life and I need to
install my RoboEngine 4.0 on a Windows 2003 Server. I have done so
and according to the Engine 4.0 Configuration all is well, however
when I try to complie to this new server from my PC with the
RoboHelp Authoring tool it gives and error message that it cannot
connect to the server. I have pinged the server from the RoboHelp
Authoring tool PC with no problems. I am also able to map a network
drive from the RoboHelp Authoring tool PC to the RoboEngine Sever.
I have read through the RoboEngine 3.0 Installlation guide, but I
cannot determine what I have missed. Any ideas?</div><!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:f6e52369-dc32-4750-a827-82533e01a64f] -->
