Topics not showing in *.chm TOC

Various topics are missing and I cannot create new topics in the TOC. I'm using RoboHelp 7.

Showing the current "jumped to" location in the Bookmark panel

When you click a bookmark it takes you to the applicable destination in the PDF file.
When you click a link on a page, it jumps you to the applicable destination.
How can you get the Bookmark panel to show where you have jumped to after clicking the link?

I'm trying to see if Acrobat has similar functionality to that provided by the Document Map feature found in MS Word.

More details:

I click a bookmark. It takes me to page X.
On page X, I click a link that takes me to another location in the PDF.

I want to see the location I'm now at in the bookmark panel under the corresponding heading.

RoboHelp 10 Trial Version Download Link Not Working

I have tried on multiple browers to download the trial version of RoboHelp 10. Each time, it shows an error message after I select the language and click "Download."

I called Adobe support and they said they couldn't help me: all I can do is post the problem on this forum. How stupid is that? I am potentially going to buy this product and I cannot even download it! Talk about bad sales on their part. (I wonder how the MadCap Flare folks would respond if I had the same problem? I'm just sayin'...)

But I digress...

Does anyone have a link that actually works?

RoboHelp 7 HTML Printed Documentation Template Not Working

I have a template attached for generating my printed documentation. When it generates the printed documentation and I open it in MS Word 2007, the template styles are not applied. At one time, it did recognize the template. I removed and reattached the template, however, I still have the same issue.
