customize BC shopping cart

Hey everybody, I'm learning more and more about the customization of E-commerce. I'm currently trying to customize the shopping cart template in "module templates" (as well as "single item small)". I got everything working the way it should but I don't know where to even start when it comes to making it look good i.e. colors, background colors positioning etc. I hope that some one can help me and thanks to all in advance.

Interaction with web app items.

Hi all, I've been building a "Ride board for students", type Web App, and I'm running into an issue. I have everything else working (Ish) so that a driver or a passenger can post a trip. This means he puts the details of his trip (Portland to Eugene) and then another student comes by and sees that they are going the same way. What I need is a way for the another student to be able to accept that trip listed by the driver or passenger. I would like to have a "accept" button just under each web apps item in the "List of web app items" so that when someone sees a trip they like or can use, the click the "Accept" button and the system emails the driver and the passanger the trip detail and then disables the web app item so that it's not in the list anymore. Is any of this possible? and if so, I would love to learn how. Any sugestions are appretiated. Many thanks in advance.

Hi all, I'm still learning web apps and am having a hard tome telling the difference between all the forms to use: "Web forms", "CRM's", and "Web apps input for". I am trying to build a web app for a college ride board so I will need a form for everyone to fill out to create an account (Which one would apply here?), a form for the person driving to make a listing (New web app item) of when he/she is leaving and the details of the trip (Which one would apply here?), and a form for the rider so when they click on the listing they can fill out the form and when they hit submit, their details will be emailed to the driver (Which form would apply here?). I hope this isn't too long of a question but many thanks in advance to any help.
