Changes Affect only at the Second Refresh.. How to make this working @ the First Request

In our application, We are allowing peoples to get affiliated
with us... So while coding on this, We use to extract the Affiliate
name from the URL,

For Eg,

http://www.xyz.com/affiliate_name

We use to extract "affiliate_name" from the above URL
provided. and then We are determining the links to which he is
allowed to have access, (Also our application is built on Fusebox
Framwork)

Our Problem is after extracing the Affiliate name and getting
his navigation links We cant able to show that @ the First request,
I mean we need to refresh the screen one more time to get the
changes... I dont know what I am doing wrong with this...

Any Help regarding this is greatly appreciable....
