Multi language module templates

Hi BC Forum

Just wanted to hear if anybody have had the same issue that i am facing.

A client of mine wants a multilanguage website (Danish/English), and i told him that this was not a problem.

We've done this many times before, and i've encountered this problem before, but since it is not a HUGE problem i've lived

with it this far, but now i wanted to know if anybody else have solved this in a smart way.

The client wants an event calendar, no worries, i input the module and it all works great. Then i go to "Event layouts" to set up

the Detail layout of the module and then i remember that i cant do this in multiple languages. If you make more domains and select

different countries for them you have the possiblity to make different "templates" in for example "System pages" but not in the module templates.

Like i said, it is not a HUGE problem because 99.9% of the danish population will understand it if i make it in english, but earlier on i have made

sites with up to 7 different languages, and thats hard to explain the client that they all need to have the english "template" when they for example wants to sign

up for a event or something like that.

An it is hard to explain the client that we can make a multiple language website but somewhere it will have to be in english.

It seems a bit strange to them and i understand them.

Anybody have a good solution to this?

From my point of view i think it is to bad that the system doesn't give you the possibility of doing this, or am i just missing something?

Google Marker clusters (BC Map App)

Hi guys

Hoping you can help me with a little problem.

We have been working with the BC Map App from Kiyuco (http://www.bcmapapp.com) for a couple of months now and it works great, but i am trying to add a new feature and

it is causing me some problems.

At the moment i am working on a new client, they have almost 200 resellers in our little country (Denmark),
and it is hard to get a good overview on the map app, so i was looking into the possibility of using "MarkerCluster"
function in Google Map, and i am almost there, but i was hoping you could help me with the finishing touches.

I am running a test here: http://kinnanlg.geniesite.net/forhandlere2013/forhandlere2

It works OK, but it seems to be running very slow, i am not sure if it is "looping" correct when zooming in/out etc.
I've been using this example (http://jsfiddle.net/Sas67/3/) and it is running a lot more smoothly even though there are
more markers.

Any tips/advice will be greatly appreciated.

- Please let me know if you need more info

Google Map V3 integration with web app items?

Hi Guys

I am having some difficulties with displaying web app items on map.

I have around 45 web app items, and i can't get them all to display.

If i use the "show web app items on map" straight out of the box from BC it loads 14-16 of the items in the correct places

and the rest of them loads of the coast of africa (point 0,0). My first thought was that the adresses was wrong, but if i give the ones

that don't display right a weighting so they will be displayed first, these works fine, so it seems that it stops "loading" after 14-16 items.

Is it a Geocode limit or what?

If anybody has a solution to this i can live with V2, but i would love to get V3 working.

I have read a bit on the forum where i can see that some of you use the V3, but i am not quite sure which code i need

to input where in the list detail and the "map" page itself. I have a no problem getting a "normal" V3 google map with multiple

markers working, but i would like it to integrate with web apps. I tried inserting the {tag_addresslatitude},{tag_addresslongitude} on my list template,

but i cant seem to get it to show up, i dont get any value on these tags.

Can someone please give me some pointers on how to implement this, it would be greatly appreciated

//Peter

Shop language with liquid markup

The client would like the "Succes (1) items added to cart" and son messages to be in danish. I tried to overwrite the script with another .js file wich has worked before but with no luck.

I talked to the support who told me that because of liquid markup this solution doesn't work.

Is there any way to edit these messages with liquid markup?

Best regards
