not getting desktop version on business catalyst

I recently changed my hosting on one of my sites from Vistaprint to Business Catalyst (CC member). I also created another site and hosted it on BC. Both sites were developed in Adobe Muse and published to BC. Both sites have a desktop layout and a phone layout. The "theitguru.ca" site has a link in the top right corner to take one to the DESKTOP version of the site. REQUESTING the desktop version from Safari or Chrome on my IOS8 iPhome, does not produce the desktop version of the site (except when I follow the URL at the top right corner of "theitguru.ca" (phone version) of the site).

Trying to bring up the desktop version of "pixelgrower.ca" or "theitguru.ca" from the browser's options, does nothing on the BC hosted sites.

The Vistaprint hosting services DID obey the request for the desktop version of my "pixelgrower.ca" site.

Using Business Catylst as a Creative Cloud member. Applied the BC Gallery app to my site. However, I am getting the above error from Adobe, as soon as I select the BC Gallery from the Apps menu on my control panel. Using Firefox 32 and tried Chrome version Version 37.0.2062.103 m. Removed and reinstalled twice. Same error.

Add Images area underneath constantly says "loading..."

Ideas?

Acer Aspire 64bit 4GB Windows 8.1.

Using three sample images, only the Master page displays with text. Three self-provided images and two sample images do not show in FireFox 31 or Chrome Version 36.0.1985.125 m

How do I animate say, dropping paint, in Edge?

I have 4 PNG files, that show drops of paint from a brush at various stages.

I want to display to the viewer a sequence of paint dripping off the brush, as if flipping a cartoon drawing book...

I have imported all four images and tried to stack them on top of each other, and manipulate the timeline, to get the images to display in the sequence above, but I have not had the luck I was seeking.

Any ideas?

I am new to Edge Animate (29 days left on the trial), and I have had 5+ years of experience with Flash.

I had to restore my laptop to an earlier date/time (before I tried out the Adobe CC trial software).

Now that I have the Desktop app loaded, it indicates that all the apps I chose to trial, are "up to date".

Yet they are missing off my Programs and Features list.

How can one reset the Creative Cloud's awareness of what I have on my computer, and re-download the CC apps again?

.. And I see that I have ONE workspace available to me. Should I not be able to create more than one? After all, I was signed up and using this service under CONNECT (I may be confused as there seems to be many similar areas on Adobe that offer similar features for online sharing of screens and files)..

Can someone clarify these for me?

I understand what CS Live offers, but what does CONNECT offer, and is it a separate entity from CS Live?

I thought that by signing up to CS Live before the April deadline that I would see more workspaces, or something different than what I had prior to CS Live.

Using LR 2.3.

I have about 213 photos already imported into LR, with one keyword applied to each photo. The keyword is a product code for the item pictured.

Ex:

1009-001A or 1009-001AA

The 1009 stays the same for all product made in 2009.

The -001 increments for each new item

The -xxxA increments to B, C, D, with each photo of the same product (different placement and exposure)

The -xxxXA increments to B, C, D, with each photo of the same set of products, when they are a set (think: jewelry)

I have set the "Automatically write changes into the XMP" option checked, from the Catalog Settings menu, but I now need to rename all the images (from a Canon camera), which were imported as IMG_XXXX.JPG and IMG_XXXX.CR2.

I must now apply the renaming convention to the images so that instead of the camera's applied filename, each photo takes on the product name, as noted above.

Q: Here's the question. If I delete the images from the catalog, then rename them in Windows Explorer, then re-import them back into LR, will the keywords come back in with the files, even after renaming them?

The images are all stored on Drive W: (an external drive), and will remain there, after the renaming operation.

I didn't see a specific topic regarding delivering FLV content with a standard Web server. So I thought I'd ask WHICH area I should post my question to, first?

In short, I have an FLV/SWF which plays in the Flash Test section fine, but does not play in IE or Firefox. Flash player is loaded, but no content. I did have it "semi" working at one point, but it wasn't consistent.

Is it just me, or has creating a hit area on a "banner" become a more complex task in version 8?

I can't for the life of me, figure out how to get an area on a banner to be clickable and to take that person to another URL.

What the heck have I done to screw this up? I want to be able to click anywhere on the movie, at any time, and have it take me to the URL www.nightskytours.ca. I think I'm all confused about making a movie a button, versus a button a button, which time line to call and what instance to call. EGADS!

DW 8.0.2 doesn't see .htm and .html as diff. files

When GETing or PUTing files, an index.htm file overwrites an index.html file. It appears as though DW 8.0.2 does not see these files as being two distinct files. The site WAS managed by FP 2003 (with FP2002 Extensions loaded on the server). Should the FP extensions be removed and the file attempt to save the .htm as an .htm file, be tried again? Has anyone else seen this strange behaviour?
