Adding allowfullscreen to app iframe

Hi,

We're working on building a simple app for use with our clients to add personalized video tutorials to their accounts. The full screen button for Videojs doesn't work because the parent iframe doesn't have the allowfullscreen attribute. We are trying something like the following, but it hasn't worked so far:

$('#v3main iframe:first-of-type', top.document).attr('allowfullscreen', 'true');

Any ideas on where we're going wrong, or how to accomplish this?

In the console, I see that the code is being denied access to the document... not sure how to get around that.

Photo Gallery Lightbox Navigation not working

Hi,

The previous, next, and close buttons don't seem to be working for some of the photos on this page: http://vanessastone.namastecms.com/media/photos/community for the photo gallery lightbox. The issue only appears to be happening in Chrome and Safari. Firefox is working fine. I looked around in Chrome's Developer tools but didn't find any hints as to why that might be happening. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Customer Service Ticketing not recording emails?

Hi,

I set up an account to test the CST system. Everything worked great except new email replies aren't recorded in the messages area in the case. Is this normal? My understanding is that the whole point of ticketing is to have the whole conversation available in the system. Is this not part of the feature, or did I miss something somewhere?

Building a Contact Form

Hi,

I've been working on building a support contact form. We'd like to have a contact form in the admin interface for clients to send questions to our support address. I'm running into some sticking points around the actual functionality of the form. For example, I changed the action to "/Default.aspx?A=Form&Email=support@namasteinteractive.com&Subject=NI+Web+Support&PageID=second_page.html". This is correctly working to send the form information to the support email address, however I haven't been able to get the redirect to "second_page.html" to work yet. I'd appreciate some help getting the form to redirect after submission, or if someone has a better option I'd love to hear it. Ideally, we'd like the solution to be able to be implemented on all our clients' sites without needing to modify the code.

Ecommerce - "Add to Cart" button workaround

Our client is currently utilizing the BC ecommerce store for several products & catalogs. Of the 30+ products, there are about 5 CDs & books that she would like to continue selling with a third-party system (like Amazon & CDbaby). That said, she would like to keep the current store layout for these products to keep a consistency within her store.

My question for you is… is there a way to either A) disable the 'add to cart' & attributes features for products

or B) link the 'add to cart' to a third-party URL?
