I need help on this peoblem, i no ideal setup a commision base for my clients or consolidated billing system?

i facing problem is i cant get any payment gateway for my consolidated billing cause there was no one payment gateway accept my country.

have any one setup there consolidated billing for their business, can please share your opinion on consolidated billing isit make more sale?
